Confident all the time

From my career as an actress to speaking at 10X Growth Con, I am often asked how I’m confident all the time. For that reason, I am going to share the three things I did to build and maintain my certainty…

As a businesswoman and public speaker, I meet new people constantly — which I love…

I get to see different perspectives, learn new skills, and hear their incredible stories.

However, sometimes even the most amazing individuals I meet do something I can’t stand…

Many people tell me, “I could never do what you do. I’m not confident enough.”

Hearing that gets under my skin like nothing else. This is because I know that everyone has something unique that only they can share — that means you!

With that being said, let’s build you up so you can get your message out into the world.

Discover and KNOW Your Power

The first step to being confident all the time is to fully define who you are and what makes you different.

Essentially, you need to be clear on your strengths and worth.

The easiest way to go about this is to make a list of everything you are great at, that only you can do, and how these attributes are beneficial to others.

I have another article on finding your purpose if you don’t know how to get started.

At that point, it will be apparent the impact that you will have on this planet. Your purpose will give you the strength to move into step two…

Get Out of Your Head and Feel Confident ALL THE TIME

Now, you know you have a massive purpose and mission. It should be significant enough that not accomplishing it would be more shameful than any negative emotion or discomfort.

In short, you’re going to get out there and do it anyway.

Once your purpose is big enough, any temptation to shrink back and be introverted will turn around when you remember it. This step allows you to fake it until you make it to being confident all the time.

I encourage you to keep the list you created in step one close, so you can refer back to it when your resolve feels shaky. Nevertheless, there is one last thing you have to do to make confidence stick…

Be Consistent, Be Confident

The final and most important step to being confident all the time is consistency.

The more times you work through the discomfort, do things you’ve never done before, and keep your commitments…

You will become more certain of yourself.

Therefore, you will become more confident.

Confidence is like a muscle. It has to be constantly exercised at increased difficulty.

Otherwise, it starts to weaken and diminish.

At the end of the day, you know you can do more if you are reading this. You are looking for the secret to courage and confidence because you feel some doubt…

Don’t let the doubt stop you.

The key to neverending confidence is already inside you. You just have to discover your purpose and continually act on it.

You got this.

Build an Empire,
