It’s simple – they want a coach.
In today’s world, there’s a lot of content out there on how “you can live a better life and achieve your goals”. However, when it comes down to it… it’s the one-to-one relationship that people who want to achieve something greater have with their leaders. You, as a leader, have to help them. You have to show them how they can attain their goals.
When I’m leading people and building better relationships with my team, I’m not just TELLING them their dreams, goals, and ambitions are possible. I SHOW them and I’m guiding them every step of the way.
You have to pivot your thinking. It is also important to realize that the philosophy behind this way of thinking—and what makes it so impactful—is the ability to help your team realize that it’s possible. You can achieve this by providing the framework for your team members to truly grow and create a greater impact on your business.
