Like-Minded People

I know you are too smart to believe that lasting empires just HAPPEN. It takes like-minded people to build and expand unshakeable legacies. And contrary to popular belief, there are good people out there willing to help. You just have to know where to look…

More than anyone, I know how hard it is to find like-minded people to support you on your way to success.

There are people who want to help you expand, but don’t have the wherewithal and give up…

You’ll discover certain team players are just not as committed as you originally thought…

Or worse yet, there are times that individuals you thought were friends turn out to be enemies of the empire…

Needless to say, it shakes your confidence

SO, WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

Don’t worry. This is the part when you get to benefit from my mistakes. These are the steps to bring on like-minded people for the expansion of your empire…

Commit to Expansion

I know this first step sounds basic…

NEVERTHELESS, IT IS IMPORTANT.

When I say you need to commit to expansion, I don’t mean…

Just saying you will expand…

Doing one thing and calling it a day…

Or, leaving it up to other people.

I mean to truly make this a top priority, and be willing to do whatever it takes.

Otherwise, finding like-minded people to support you WILL get left on the back burner. Now that you know you are going to make this happen no matter what…

You need to know what you want your empire to look like!

Have a Clear Vision of Your Empire

The second thing I want you to do is to determine exactly what your empire to look like in the future. I want you to be pain-stakingly specific

The logic behind this is pretty simple….

YOU HAVE TO BE SURE WHAT YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU WANT.

Not only will vague goals yield vague results, but it also leaves you open to getting stuff you DON’T want.

This mistake is both easy to make and avoid — I’ve made it myself! But it requires you to do some prep work, so don’t rush through this step.

Next, you’re going to implement the law of attraction to help you find like-minded people…

Be the Like-Minded People You’re Looking For

This third step may sound harsh to some of you, but…

YOU CANNOT HOLD OTHERS TO A HIGHER STANDARD THAN THE STANDARD YOU HOLD YOURSELF TO.

That means that YOU have to embody the type of person that you want to support your empire, and that may demand some sacrifices…

The whole “opposites attract” concept is a myth. In the real world, like-minded people are attracted to one another.

Can you imagine a very ethical person choosing to associate with a criminal?

No way!

So, think of it like this…

HAVE STRONG CORE VALUES AND THE RIGHT PEOPLE WILL COME.

With that in mind, let’s go over the final step which is an extension of this one.

Expand Through Training

Ultimately, some of the best team members Grant and I have found have been through self-development.

Educational groups, seminars, and even your church are fantastic places to find like-minded people to grow your empire with.

You already know they are on the same page with you as far as beliefs and goals are concerned, so tap into it!

And if you are looking for a place to start check out my Build An Empire Mastermind. At these elite seminars, I go over Mindset, relationship building, wealth creation, and more.

You can secure your spot here for my next one.

However, you decide to do it, get connected to like-minded people, and EXPAND!

Build an Empire,
