This is the third video in a series of David C. Karli’s obstacles faced with startups. Greyledge technologies started up with a small group of heavy users. This means that they did not have many accounts, but the accounts they did have were very high-profile with a lot of use. Unfortunately, this created weaknesses since it gave the client a very strong leverage on things like price negotiation and using competitors to get what they wanted. Instead, Karli wanted to take control of the direction they were taking with clients.
