On July 14, 2022, formal statements arose that Ivana Trump, the former wife of Donald Trump, died at age 73.
Her death was announced publicly by Donald Trump via a post on his social media platform, Truth Social. Ivana Trump passed away in her Manhattan home of a heart attack.
“I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!,” Trump wrote.
Ivana was married to the 45th U.S. President from 1977 to 1992 and had three children together, named in the post quoted above.
Ms. Trump also made a name for herself as a shrewd businesswoman before it was the norm.
Ivana Trump’s Life and Career
During the 1980s, Ivana played a critical role in Donald Trump’s real estate success. She worked closely with him on first powerhouse projects like Trump Tower in Manhattan and the Trump Taj Mahal Casino.
She later transformed her public image to appear in movies. Ivana delivered the famous line, “Don’t get mad, get everything,” in the First Wives Club.
Ivana is the author of several books, “The Best Is Yet to Come: Coping With Divorce and Enjoying Life Again” (1995) and “Raising Trump” (2017). Later, she created her own clothing, beauty, and jewelry lines.
