Samsung ring

Samsung finally released details about their latest venture in wearable health tech: the Galaxy Ring. After being teased in January, Samsung’s ring will feature new metrics not available on other wearable tech…

Here’s what you need to know.

What Features Does The Samsung Ring Have To Offer

The new ring can be worn independently or in tandem with other Samsung wearable devices. When worn with any of Samsung’s smartwatches, the two will provide different health metrics.

The Galaxy ring, on the other hand, aims to provide users with more intimate information regarding their health and wellness.

As of now, the new Samsung ring tracks the following:

  • Heart Rate
  • Respiratory Rate
  • Movement in Sleep
  • How long it takes for the user to fall asleep

Besides these confirmed features, the health team at Samsung stated that…

They’re experimenting with non-invasive methods of monitoring glucose and blood sugar levels.

And in the far future, Samsung hopes to include an AI health assistant in all their health tech, including their rings.

As far as other features go, the ring will be able to make contactless payments.

THE ONLY DOWNSIDE? THE RING WILL ONLY BE COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER SAMSUNG DEVICES. SORRY IPHONE USERS!

Samsung’s Galaxy Ring is slated to be released this upcoming summer.

Conclusion

Before you can 10X your business and your entire life…

You need to be in control of your own health.

So will this health ring actually encourage people to take their health seriously…

Or is it just the latest flashy health trend?
