Leading Firmly, but Fairly
Not every situation is black and white.
Therefore, striking a balance between understanding and boundaries is crucial as an executive.
Now, I’m not trying to bash any of my 10X guys out there. Still, leadership skills like this are easier for us women because we are not concerned with being macho.
That’s a lesson men can take from our book, that’s for sure!
