  1. Hi there! I could have sworn I’ve visited this blog before but
after looking at many of the articles I realized it’s new to
me. Anyhow, I’m definitely happy I stumbled upon it and I’ll be book-marking it and checking back regularly!

  2. Hi there are using WordPress for your site platform? I’m new to the blog world but I’m trying to get started and set up my own. Do you require any coding knowledge to make your
own blog? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  3. Grant is 100% correct. $1 Mill a year is great-and the starting line. Want to 10X? Aim for $1 Mill+ a year PASSIVE-that’s about $20 Mill @5%.
And that $20 Mill is from your $1 Mill a year salary after tax. For every million you earn $400,000 invested at 40% tax rate ($400,0000 personal tax) and $200,000 to live on.
So $400,000 invested @ 5% is $20,000 passive a year-therefore to get to $1 Million passive a year will take you 50 years!
Or, you can set 10X goals-and do that in 5 years at $10 Million a year pre-tax income. But do not INCREASE your personal spending from the $200,000 a year you are spending now! And yes, this is true- I’ve done it, and more, passive. Grant probably makes $30 Mill a year passive.
Remember, your life is like that melting ice cube-no time to waste! And make sure your investments are recurring income only.
