“Haters gonna hate…” Not a day goes by where I don’t hear it from the trolls and the haters… “All you do is promote, promote, promote.” And they’re right–I want to be known!
You know why? It’s because I understand the game!
Look, attention is the new currency and in business… money follows attention. So, It’s your job and your duty to get in front of as many customers as possible because whoever gets the most attention wins the money game. Every. Single. Time.
Now, I’m not talking about attention for attention’s sake. When I talk about attention most people think they need to put on a clown suit and jump around on Instagram to get “likes,” but…
Those people are wrong.
What I’m talking about is letting people know that you’re the expert… That you’re the one who has the solution to the problems your prospects are facing and then yelling it from the mountain tops. See, you may have the best product or service in the market but if people are unaware they ain’t gonna care!
Best Known Always Beats Best
That’s why you’ll always see me working hard to get the right kind of attention. I’ve used radio, TV, and many platforms on social media, and… I’ve posted over 1,000 videos on YouTube, written thousands of blogs posts, and held a truckload of free webinars. And I’ll never stop because I understand a critical fact.
Businesses Die in Obscurity
Now, I know you may not be comfortable with the idea of plastering yourself all over the internet. I get it! A lot of people get nervous about putting themselves out there. But, you’ve got to understand that if you’re not doing everything you can to put yourself in front of potential customers then nothing will happen to build your brand or your business.
It’s the foundation of my team’s Marketing Execution Workshop — mastering omnipresence to achieve massive success.
The marketplace doesn’t reward those who play it safe and coast under the radar. If you believe in yourself and your business then get proud and get loud so you can be known in your market. Because if not…You’ll Be Gone.
Be Great,
Grant Cardone
