I work hard in business and my personal life. To me, it is important to lead an empire by example. This is why I strive to be the best possible role model for my daughters.
Despite the fact that every parent wants to be their children’s role model to some extent, it is more than that for me.
No, not just because I am competitive. When Stormy Wellington spoke at 10X Growth Conference this year, she emphasized how important it was that she saw success was possible.
With that in mind, this is what I want to show my daughters as a role model in their lives.
There are no limits
As I was growing up, I picked up a lot of preconceived notions. Though these ideas seemed to protect me for a time, they really limited my potential.
As a result, it’s a huge reason why I want to be a powerful example for my daughters. I want to show them through my actions that anything is possible while having an open mind.
By showing them all I do — like martial arts, shooting guns, and getting my real estate license at the same time — my hope is they don’t let stereotypes define what they pursue.
All of us are so unique. I don’t want my daughters to perceive any limitations.
They can have it all
The second reason why I want to be a true role model for my daughters is to demonstrate that they can have it all.
And I don’t mean material possessions.
What I want them to know is they can have great relationships, careers, and other pursuits. In short, this is a world of abundance, and there is no need to compromise.
To sum up, being my daughters’ role model affects my actions. My girls are going to inherit my empire and legacy. I want them to have the best chance of having it endure.
Lead by example and strengthen your empire,
