As I mentioned, I have proof that I could survive over a century…
Recently, I had a blood test that measured my telomeres. Telomeres are bits of DNA that usually get shorter as you get older. So, the longer this is, the more likely you are to live longer.
MINE WAS AT THE MAXIMUM LENGTH POSSIBLE!
That means I have a strong likelihood of enjoying my 100-year birthday party. And for a celebration that big, I want there to be tons of guests — i.e. YOU!
With that in mind, here are the details of my daily success routine so you can adapt it for yourself…
Woking Out EVERY DAY — Even though I Hate It…
I know the first step on this list is going to make everyone groan. But, every morning I do some physical activity in the gym.

Your body is built to move. When you are inactive, the body thinks your whole life is slowing down…
Ensuring I Have Good Fuel for My Body
We all know that food is what our body uses as energy. To make it to my 100-year birthday, I make sure that I keep the most nutritious on hand.
OTHERWISE, I START EATING THINGS LIKE PIZZA AND CHIPS.
Having the right things around means I don’t have to think or be tempted by the bad stuff. Sometimes, discipline is not about having self-control, it’s about knowing your behavior.
For that reason, I also make sure I have some outside accountability…
Having Support to Keep Me on Track
Here’s the reality of the situation….
I hate getting up early and going to the gym each day…
I love junk food and sweets…
Left to myself, I would have the potential danger of sliding into bad habits when times were tough.
That is why I have a rock-solid support system to keep me in check.
For me, that means I hire professionals, but I understand that is not an option for everyone.
INSTEAD, HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY ENCOURAGE YOU AND/OR DO IT WITH YOU.
After all, they want the best for you. And you might help them get to their 100-year birthday too…
