Trading For Beginners

For a long time, I was very distrustful of the stock market. I even went so far as to call it, “gambling.” Then, I sat down with experts — Pete and Jon Najarian — who educated me and shared their trading information for beginners. Needless to say, it blew my mind.

This is what they said that changed my viewpoint…

Major Misconceptions About Trading

As I mentioned before, I have been extremely distrustful of Wall Street in the past…

However, this was mostly because I believed there was only one way to trade stocks.

A FACT THAT THE NAJARIAN BROTHERS HAVE SINCE DEBUNKED.

Also, there was another reason I was critical of the stock market. It seemed like trading was inaccessible for beginners or those who were not super wealthy.

Again, Jon and Pete gave me the real dollar amount it takes to get impactful ROI on these investments.

According to them, it is around $5,000.

While that is not insignificant to some, it is significantly less than I first thought.

With those preconceived notions out of the way, this is their simplified trading principles anyone can work with…

40-Year Stock Market Vets’ Trading Tips for Beginners

In case you didn’t know, both Najarian brothers have forty-plus years of trading experience.

So, I knew they were the guys to ask to break down the first thing anyone should know about it.

And based on what Pete and Jon say, it can be as predictable as my favorite assets multifamily real estate. Here’s how and their professional suggestions…

Trade What You Know

When I had Jon and Pete Najarian at my 10X Growth Conference, they encouraged potential investors to get educated. But, in a recent interview, they elaborated on that concept further for me…

FIRST OF ALL, THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY OVER 7,000 STOCKS ON THE MARKET TODAY.

For that reason, the best ones to start trading in for beginners are ones in industries you know.

Whether that be because you support a certain public company or have industry experience, start there.

Once you’ve done your homework there, look at this next step.

Start Small

In the type of real estate investing I do, I feel it is safer to do bigger deals.

In contrast, the Najarian brothers advise for trading beginners to not rush into the stock market.

This is because, unlike real estate, Wall Street can drastically change day-to-day.

One must build up confidence and experience before throwing around big money and knowing when to take risks.

All of that is reassuring to people interested in stocks, but it is also pretty baseline. However, they revealed something you can do with stocks I never thought was possible…

Most Exciting Thing About Trading for Beginners

So, what was it that the Wall Street dynamic duo told me about stocks that finally changed my mind?

They said the magic words…

CASH FLOW.

Remember when I said that there are more ways to invest in the stock market than we thought? There are certain ways to conduct trading — available even for beginners — that you can earn cash flow via dividends.

Ultimately, the takeaway here is that no matter what you look to invest in, educate yourself and don’t assume.

Otherwise, you might miss out on big opportunities.
