Speed is power when it comes to creating success. Unfortunately, many of us stand in our own way by putting things off and not facing our challenges. Now, I want to share with you my secret to leverage fear and build an empire.

The first thing you need to understand is that fear is just a response. It is meant to keep you from danger or the unknown.

It is natural to be nervous about the unfamiliar. I am guilty of it myself. But to get to the next level, you have to move from where you are.

However, it is based on past experiences. You can’t move toward an ideal life stuck worrying if it might go wrong.

That is exactly why you need to use anxiety and fear as an indication of what you should do rather than not. It is especially true of tasks we procrastinate doing.

Here is what I do to recommit myself to my empire and leverage fear.

#1 exercise I use to leverage fear

To be clear, I like to share my successful actions with others. With that in mind, this is how you do my “secret” exercise to leverage fear.

  1. List three tasks that you have been avoiding.
  2. Answer the following questions about those tasks:
  • Is there a fear or anxiety that is making you procrastinate?
  • What are you afraid of — specifically?
  1. Pick one of those actions and DO IT NOW.

That one little phrase has changed my life more than anything else. Taking action right away moves you towards your goals and produces confidence.

As a result of more confidence, you will move faster and with less apprehension.

Last, I hope my secret to leverage fear helps you break through barriers holding you back from your full potential. It’s time to stop avoiding and start confronting.

Face your fears and build an empire,
