Investing in multifamily properties is the only decision I’ve ever made that allowed me to turn $3,000 into billions as a real estate mogul.

Everyone thinks that investing in stocks, cryptocurrency, and other assets is all the rage. But those are risky and you may never see a return on your investment.

Real estate is the only real asset that appreciates over time and can provide you with endless cash flow.

How My Real Estate Mogul Story Started

I started investing in real estate over 20+ years ago so I could grow and multiply my money.

Before that, I’d tried investing in everything I could. But every choice was either too unstable or didn’t produce enough $$$.

So, I focused on the one cash flow machine that generates recurring passive income every month for me.

Real Estate Is My Solution

I decided to learn all about the industry — properties bought with debt, how to manage tenants, and anything that would help me reach my end goal.

At first, single-family homes were at the top of my list, but I quickly realized that the money certainly wasn’t in those properties. It was time-consuming and didn’t give me the cash flow I wanted, so I sold them all and moved on.

Apartments Are My Key to REI Success

I started buying apartments. The complexes were no smaller than 32 units in areas with positive migration. And that became a consistent source of income each month.

Next, I brought on a partner to help me manage the deals and properties. Then, I found a property manager to lease out my properties and handle all the money from them.

The next 15 years, I spent my time and money buying better deals and building my income. Eventually, I focused on the South East Market, and since then, I’ve grown exponentially.

It doesn’t take much to start real estate investing. I took the $3,000 I had and turned it into billions within about 20 years.

I’m excited to share with you step-by-step how I invested in real estate in my upcoming training. You’ll learn how I find and buy deals, negotiate deals, underwrite deals, buy deals with little to no money, use debt for deals, and so much more.
