They taught him to get one job and stick with it for life. He turned that into getting one job, and that one job is the company that you own. Passion gets you excited, but purpose is what you need to do in life before you die. On the surface passion seems important, but you have to go deeper to something that is bigger than yourself. Once you know your purpose in life, build a business around that.
