Attention Illustration

Today I’m going to talk to you about getting attention.  I always say money flows where attention goes.

Because if you don’t grab attention… It doesn’t matter how great your products are.  Customers will not buy from you.

How can they, if they don’t know who you are?

But how do you get attention?

It comes down to “Altitude.”  Before I tell you what I mean by “Altitude,” here’s a quick story.

A while back, Ryan Tseko and I were at a real estate conference.  If you don’t know Ryan, he’s the captain of my private jet…

And Executive Vice President of Cardone Capital.

Anyway…

At this real estate conference, I overheard Ryan making one of the biggest mistakes you can make when trying to get attention.

He introduced himself as, “Vice President of Cardone Capital.”

Can you see the problem?

Do you think Ryan left a positive mark by calling himself Vice President of Cardone Capital?

He did not (I’ll explain why in a second).

So I took Ryan to one side and said,

“Son, in this room – you are not Vice President of Cardone Capital.  You’re a jet pilot.”

See, everyone you meet at a real estate conference works in real estate.

If you’re a “real estate guy” in this room, you’re just another real estate guy.

And let’s face it, nobody wants to talk to another real estate guy when they’ve just met 300 others.

But if you’re a jet pilot…

You’re the most fascinating person in the room.

The jet pilot brings intrigue.

The jet pilot magnetizes people.

And the jet pilot controls the conversation.

This is what I mean when I talk about “Altitude.”

To have Altitude means sharing knowledge, stories, and experiences that are unique to YOU.

Like being the only pilot in a room full of real estate guys.

Or being the only former Louisiana drug addict who owns billions of dollars worth of real estate.

When you have altitude, you stand out, you get known, and you dominate the competition.

When I talk about competition…

I’m not just talking about other businesses in your market.

I’m talking about cat videos, baby photos, Kim Kardashian, CNBC, Netflix, and anything else that has your customers’ attention.

Like I said earlier… money flows where attention goes.   And these days, it’s harder than ever to get that attention.

Which is why you need to get some serious altitude if you want to grow your business and make more money.

Right now, I could try to teach you how to get altitude.

But I think it’s better for you to see altitude in action.

That way, you can witness how altitude looks in the real world – and replicate what works and what doesn’t work.

Over the years, I’ve introduced my audience to dozens of ultra-successful people with massive amounts of altitude.

People like Donald Trump, Kevin Hart, and Marie Forleo.

I’m about to do the same again at this year’s 10X Growth Conference.

The people you’ll meet at 10X Growth Conference will show you what it really means to have altitude.

Then, you can take what you’ve seen and put it into practice in YOUR business.

But listen…

I’m running low on tickets.

I don’t want you to miss this opportunity to get the attention you deserve.  You can still pick up a ticket today…

But I can’t guarantee you’ll be able to pick up a ticket next week, or even tomorrow.

So if you want to grab a ticket, you should do it now.

Keeping it real,

Grant
