Lisa Nickerson & Grant Cardone

In Southern New Hampshire she started her first company when she was 15, and for $330 she started her first ‘franchise’ selling Italian Ice. She had to go in front of the Town Hall for a permit and during the first Summer was hiring friends and expanded into local stores and at 16 approached ADP to setup payroll.

At 14 her father told her, “You know Lisa, you grew up in an above average life style, and missy, you’d better be thinking and working above average the rest of your life to maintain that.”

Her great grandfather coined the term ‘electronics’ and her grandparents had the first ‘electrified’ home in the 1920s.
