If you want to lead like a billionaire, you need to think like a billionaire.

That comes with time and practice. But here’s where people get confused.

Being a billionaire leader isn’t about how many people report to you, it’s about what you are doing for your team.

To lead like a billionaire, start with your people

You see, leadership, in its simplest form, is all about making other people’s success easy.

If you want to lead a billion-dollar company, then you need to have great, remarkable people in your organization.

But if you want to find these great people, you, first, need to be great. You have to develop the qualities of a good leader and start practicing the habits of great leaders.

Walk the walk

One thing you need to understand before finding other incredible people to add to your team is that you are the leader people are following.

So, if you’re someone who doesn’t pay much attention to culture, and consistently show up late… so will your team.

You won’t find great people to work for you, and if you do, they won’t work in your company for long. To surround yourself with exceptional thinkers and doers, you need to be the prime example of a 10X leader for them.

Only then will you truly pave the way and lead like a billionaire.

Study billionaire leaders

Finally, becoming a billionaire leader takes constant practice, education, and real-life motivation. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it won’t happen if you’re not 100% committed to success.

The good news for you is that I just succeeded in getting multiple billionaires under the same roof, on the same stage.
