Grant Cardone’s Daily Health & Workout Routine


Many of you have asked what my health and workout routine is. Here is what I do every day to keep my body at 10X levels.

I don’t know everything, if you have anything you think is worth me trying, post in the comments below. Looking for a killer core/ab workout.

  1. As for the gut, keep your nutrition simple and clean. First of all, start the day (break the fast-breakfast, with a protein based meal. Eggs, lean animal products, greek yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit (pair your protein with your fiber!) Lunch and dinner simple: 1 serving of protein and 2 servings of veggies at each meal, save starches for the high intensity training days after training as you’ll burn through it easier (2-3 x week). Stay in a slight caloric deficit and for god’s sake DRINK MORE WATER Uncle G! Being lean is not going on fad diets, it’s a lifestyle! And it’s easier to stay fit and lean than it is to get there, but once you are, its so worth it! 10X!!!

  3. Jeff Cavaliere has some of the best abdominal workouts I’ve ever tried. They’re short and painful but definitely work. Search ATHLEAN-X on either Google or YouTube and give them a try.
