On July 18, 2022, the Grant Cardone Foundation welcome more than 100 at-risk young adults to the 10X Headquarters in Aventura, Florida. The Economic Empowerment Workshop was created in partnership with the Circle of Commerce. Members that include the Circle of Brotherhood, Queen Up Movement, 5000 Role Models, and MLK Day Parade & Festivities Committee.
The best way to start the week is with motivation, inspiration, and empowerment. That’s exactly how the 10X team dominated Monday, together with the Circle of Commerce.
Over 100 ambitious kids and staff overtook our offices for a day filled with knowledge from our key leadership team. In addition to a comprehensive tour of our headquarters, our guests enjoyed a two-part workshop covering goal-setting, wealth-creation, and resourcefulness.
Jarrod Glandt, President of Grant Cardone Enterprises, opened the Economic Empowerment Workshop with techniques for envisioning and setting effective goals. After that, Sheri Hamilton, Chief Operations Officer, continued with 10X action strategies to follow through on larger-than-life objectives.
Even more, the Grant Cardone Foundation gifted a copy of the 10X Kids book to each student in attendance. To conclude the high-energy event, the Grant Cardone Foundation made a $15,000 donation to the Circle of Commerce to further support their mission of facilitating business education for underserved communities.
“Through the Grant Cardone Foundation, we strive to continue providing a wide range of opportunities in helping enhance our future of tomorrow by providing leadership mentoring for youth of all ages.”
— Sheri Hamilton, COO, Grant Cardone Enterprises
As for the students who attended the Economic Empowerment Workshop, in their own words, they all came out a little more 10X.
Some participants expressed the desire to go into entrepreneurship later in life. Others committed to the goal of giving back to their own communities.
The 10X team is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference. We look forward to seeing them succeed as they grow from 10X Kids to future billionaires!
