David C. Karli became more serious about becoming a professional doctor back in 2005. There was some research in the veterinary world which sparked his interest early on. Back then the therapeutic practice was very limited so he worked with what he had and went day by day. His journey was a long one to make sure that therapeutic medicine was approved and safe. As time passed he observed that the growth curve with biologics grew exponentially but instead of dropping off, it just leveled off. Now, it has been growing and gaining gradual momentum, suggesting sustainability in the field. When he saw that reaction in a very conservative medical community he knew at that moment that biologics was here to stay. David C. Karli now continues to work on and progress his journey moving forward.
