  1. First off, I own several rental properties in Florida and I truly believe GC. is a genius when it comes to purchasing rental properties and advertising his brand 10X.
    However, if I heard Grant correctly in his seminar, about how he raises his tenants or even if he suggests his students to raise a tenant 200-$300 per month. That is simply bad Landlording on every level.
    That is Greed at it’s worst example.
    In fact that is deplorable Greed that has no place in any civilized society.
    I must admit that I am nowhere near GC. net worth however, at least I can sleep perfect at night. 💤
