Have you ever wondered, “How is Grant still working hard even though he seems like he has it all”? Well, here’s why — I’m always broke. Let me explain.
You see, the first thing I do every day is look at my cash accounts.
I do this for one reason. I’m trying to figure out where I can get rid of this trash. And what I mean by that is I wanna convert that cash, as fast as possible, into real assets — things that matter.
‘Cause maybe no one has told you this before, but the dumbest thing a person can do is save money.
It’s just stupid. Money is useless until it is used.
Always stake broke
So, if you’re sitting in cash right now, the smartest thing you can do my friend is take that money and re-invest it.
Maybe do what I do and Create Wealth Investing in Real Estate with cash-flowing deals. Or maybe spend all of that money on marketing to get your brand out and get known.
Whatever you choose to do, just don’t let that money die in your bank account.
Remember, sometimes the benefit is to not have money. Just think about how creative and hungry you were back when you knew that you really had nothing.
That’s the feeling you’re looking to have every single day if you wanna create wealth for yourself.
It’s scary, I know, but trust me when I tell you that this trick right here is the number one reason why I’m where I am today.
Be Great,
Grant Cardone
